I was advised by my PCP and several urgent care/walk in providers to be seen by a dermatologist due to ongoing cysts and acne. The MA that roomed me was incredibly short and passive. I was not offered a gown, even after filling the MA in that my cysts are on my thighs and back. Dr. Henderson and Bellevue Kaiser dermatology did an AMAZING job on my ear keloid removal. My keloid was on my cartilage, a hard place to remove a keloid due to the thin skin and increase chance of it growing back. Dr. Henderson told me about the risks and gave me various options before surgery. We decided to go for the surgery and I am SO glad that I had Dr. Henderson and his whole team with me throughout the process.
