Efficient staff. Dr. Hayes took his time with me and addressed any needs I had. Great chairside manner.

Dr. Hayes is an excellent physician. He takes the time to truly connect with the patient in order to understand all the issues. Also, I appreciate his Nurses, and the entire office staff. They are all very friendly, and efficient. I like the Integris and Me portal where I can read summaries of office visits, as well as test results.
Dr. Hayes does an exquisite job of communicating everything in a direct manner to the patients and family. His explanations for his diagnosis were a great help to my family. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
Very frustrating to be sitting here over an hour and still waiting! Time is money! I need to get to work. Maybe doctors should receive a bill for my time spent waiting after my scheduled appointment time!
He was unwilling to work up my abdominal pain like we talked about in office. I am now going through the same pain, being worked up by another physician a year later. Should have saved time and got a second opinion immediately. Rushed through my visits and he told me nurses make bad patients.
