We have used Dr Hayes for over 11 years. Every time we see him I feel less important and like he doesn’t listen to what I’m needing or asking. I am contemplating switching all of our children To another primary due to this. I went specifically this past week for a concern with my son. A concern I was told I needed to see our primary in a couple days. I left dr Hayes office feeling upset, frustrated and disappointed. Dr Hayes takes care of most of our family. We find him to be compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and takes as much time as needed with each of us. We have recommended him numerous times to friends and other family and they call and thank us for recommending him. He is the best around. His staff is good as well and his PA is wonderful. Lizzie is a great addition to Dr. Hayes staff.

Dr. Hayes makes eye contact while speaking to him. He has been our primary care doctor for most of his career and has never failed us. I find him a smart, humorous, kind and compassionate doctor.
I get my annual physical each and every year from Dr Hayes. He is always friendly, caring, an active listener, and is always so positive.
