Dr. Hayes has been my primary care physician for about a decade. He has seen me through the onset of a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis, treatment of the same with supportive care than enabled me to reverse and resolve the problem within about 2 years’ time. He seemed even happier than I was when my A1c dropped into a normal range and stayed down. Without his guidance and support this would have had a different outcome. Always has time for patients who he treats as a personal friend. Staff are brilliant and welcoming. Shame you have to be sick to visit.
We have used Dr Hayes for over 11 years. Every time we see him I feel less important and like he doesn’t listen to what I’m needing or asking. I am contemplating switching all of our children To another primary due to this. I went specifically this past week for a concern with my son. A concern I was told I needed to see our primary in a couple days. I left dr Hayes office feeling upset, frustrated and disappointed.
