My dad has been seeing Dr Flood for years and he has always made my dad feel comfortable, takes the time to explain things to him so that he really understands and gently encourages him to make better choices. You never feel like you're being pushed out the door and you always feel like he cares. Highly recommend if you're looking for an expert in this field that comes with a patient-centred approach and a heart and joy for his work.
