Everyone was personable and professional.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Everyone in the office was very polite and caring and Dr Ellingson is very good at what he does and has an excellent Bedside manner I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have recommended him to anyone who will listen to me that has knee problems
This was my first experience with Ortho VA. The front desk staff, nurse who brought me back, and x-ray techs were lovely. Dr. Ellingson barely spent ten minutes with me and it seemed regardless of what I told him, my diagnosis was going to be subacromial bursitis. With all of his special tests he assumed my pain was at the AC joint, which it wasn't. He barely listened when I tried to tell him about past treatments I have received and how I responded.
