This guy is an absolute jerk. I overheard him making a joke about my condition in the hallway with his staff. If you need humor to get through (totally understandable) don’t do it in earshot of your patient. Once I met with him, I realized he knew nothing about my condition and wasn’t going to be helpful. His recommendations were things I already knew. He’s arrogant and has an awful bedside manner. I’m not going to return.
