Dr. Fox is very personnel. Such a wonderful doctor and accomplished surgeon.
Dr Gentchos examined me and reviewed options in a plain and straightforward way. He was pleasant, attentive to my comments, and laid out his preferred course of action for me to consider from a range.
Dr Fox is outstanding as is the team at Concord Orthopedics. Dr Fox not only did an outstanding job on my knee replacement surgery but also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to help me understand the process. I cannot praise him and the staff enough. They were unfailingly kind and helpful.
Dr. Fox performed my right and left hip replacements, one in 2010, the other in 2022. Both operations went very smoothly and I was able to return to my normal activities in a very short time, with appropriate restrictions of movement to protect each new hip. Dr. Fox's follow-ups were at regular intervals to make sure the hips were functioning properly and remained stable. Doctor Gentchos earned my trust on my very first visit. I have complicated circumstances with my feet. He explains things thoroughly and will not perform a surgery he feels will lead to more complications.Doctor Gentchos is friendly and very down to earth. My experiences have been nothing but positive.
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Gentchos. He listened to my concerns and offered several different treatments for the pain I was experiencing. I opted for a steroid injection and it is easing the pain quite nicely.
Dr. Gentchos is one of the hardest working, dedicated doctors I have ever known. From pre-surgery visits to post surgery he spent whatever time necessary to answer all questions and keep me informed. Even the nurses at Concord Hospital spoke in highest regards for his patient centered care. He can show up early in the morning or even very late in the day to check on you. Dr Fox listened and thought out of the box when required. As his patient, I always knew that he placed my welfare over anything else. And his skills are excellent. I have had incredible success with both of my knee replacement surgeries. I can’t thank him enough for giving my life and mobility back to me.
From pre foot surgery, through the surgery as well as post operative care I always felt comfortable and confident in my healing process!
