Dr Gentchos is one of the finest orthopedic doctors I’ve ever encountered. Dr Gentchos is incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, an excellent communicator and a patient listener. He’s absolutely one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He has a gentle and calm demeanor and a very generous spirit. I couldn’t be more pleased or confident that I’m receiving the best care possible. Thank you for a reassurance that excellence still exists!
He was encouraging and caring in helping me cope with a difficult issue and its impact on my day to day life. He listened and addressed my concerns and provided on going plan.
My nine-year-old broke her foot doing gymnastics, and is very scared of any kind of medical intervention. Dr. Ghentchos made her feel at ease and was so reassuring. She just fell right for him. As a mom, he was thorough, realistic and answered all my questions. I don’t often feel heard by medical professionals, but he is a bright, shining exception.
I am recovering from my second ankle surgery with Dr. Ghentchos, and I can't say enough about the high quality of care and concern. I have had two recent TKRs with Dr. Fox as my surgeon. He has been informative, thorough, personable and transparent throughout both processes. He was referred to me per another medical doctor and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have secured the services of Dr. Fox.
This was my (almost) 1 year post op visit for a TKR. Despite the long wait (first time ever) Dr. Fox was professional, helpful, and took as much time with me as needed to address my concerns. We discussed several options, pro and cons, regarding my “other” knee going forward. Will meet again in 6 months. Very pleased with Dr. Fox and Concord Orthopedics
