Dr. Gentchos operated on three fractures in my ankle. He clearly explained what my situation was, what he needed to do to fix it, and what would be involved. He always took the time to answer my questions, and never seemed rushed. Have absolutely no qualms in fully recommending Dr. Gentchos to anyone needing foot or ankle surgery.
The level of care and expertise of Dr. Gentchos and all of the staff is EXCELLENT! He exhaust all avenues to remedy my Lisfranc Injury and in doing so has kept me out of a surgery that has a long recovery. At the same time my quality of life has improved greatly. I highly recommend Concord Orthopedic, their emergency clinic and it's staff and especially Dr. Gentchos.

Dr. Gentchos is a fantastic Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive basis of knowledge and skill. I was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition during the time Dr. Gentchos was treating me. He remained thorough and was on top of options for best outcomes throughout regardless that my condition directly effected his planned course of recovery. I've been seeing Dr. Gentchos for almost a year for my broken and sprained ankle and he has been wonderful to work with! He's been methodical and patient in trying to figure out why I was still not able to walk on my ankle after the break healed. Most importantly, he has yet to give up. Dr Gentchos severed the ligaments under my two small toes on my left foot after suffering for a year with nerve pain. Two weeks after the surgery. No pain. Thank you, Dr. Gentchos. You are the best!
