I recently had a very traumatic experience with another dentist so I saw Dr. Merchant who is in the same office as Dr. Choi. I needed an extraction with bone graft and was very comfortable with Dr. Merchant so I trusted his recommendation. Dr. Choi was so concerned, caring and professional. He briefed me very well on what to expect. Although he told me that there would be some pain, he did his very best to eliminate the pain. I enjoy my visits to Dr. Merchant's office. He is concerned about what you as a person would like to see done, to feel better about your smile and dental health. The front end checks on getting estimates from your insurance so you don't have any surprises after the work is done. He can suggest what the first priorities should be, but doesn't pressure the patient if the patient chooses different. He is great..Cathy Chrisman

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Merchants, although I truly wish I had known about this fantastic Dentist many years ago. I am petrified of the Dentist due to a few bad experiences I’ve had in the past with a couple Dentists that were lacking in experience and competence. Thank you Dr. Merchant for seeing me recently on short notice without an appointment. I had a severe toothache and you were available on the same day I called you. You pinpointed the problem and your excellent referral to Dr. Behen. He and his staff were excellent in treating my sore tooth. Since that visit I have been pain free! From the front office to the back, everyone at Dr. Merchant's is top notch. I appreciate the warm friendly atmosphere, and the fact that Dr. Merchant never tries to make me feel like I need procedures that other offices sometimes push on their patients. And he offers Botox now too! Bonus for me....

I have been a patient of Dr. Merchant since he began his practice in the Olympia area and I've been impressed by his skill as a dentist from the first appointment. There is never any high pressure to have more treatment than is necessary. The treatment I have had has always been comfortable. His office staff are excellent as well. They have always been welcoming and professional. All my experiences have been of the highest quality.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merchant for approximately fifteen years, and my husband has been a patient for approximately ten years. We have always had an excellent experience with Dr. Merchant and his staff. Bridget and the entire team have always been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Merchant always does a very good job explaining your options, regarding necessary procedures, and what the outcome will be. He always tries to do the most cost effective procedure, with the best outcome..

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Merchant. I've always had great service. The hours work well for my work schedule. The staff are friendly and helpful, not judgemental or pushy.
