Dr. Freed is always kind and caring.
I fell and 'shattered' my shoulder. Dr Hayman and his fabulous assistant Gabby preformed emergence shoulder replacement on my 'shattered' shoulder. Today, with his super surgery skills and follow-ups and recommended Physical Therapy sessions, 6 months later not only can I use my right arm as before, I can swim and snorkel again! I'm age 71 so this is so amazing!
All my questions were answered with care and efficiency.
Dr. Plemmons-Winfield has been my PCP for over 5 years and I have NEVER been able to be seen in her office when I'm actually sick. I have to go to Urgent Care every time. What's the point of having a Dr if you can't be seen? Now I need a referral for an ongoing issue and I'm STILL waiting!!! I've taken matters into my own hands.
Doctor wang performed a total hip replacement on me February 2025. I knew immediately after my consultation that he was the doctor I would use. He took his time and addressed all my concerns. His gentleness was apparent in his handshake. Sure enough, I never even had bruising from the surgery and am healing beautifully. Being at hss was a bonus. The facility is so well run and orthopedics is all they do. Nice, small and calm environment. If you need this surgery, he’s the one to do it.
Was a patient for a year. Staff does not care, doctor barely talks to you. Labs a drawn, you’re charged for them, and they are never explained to you and forgotten about.
I really liked Dr. Toni's personality!
I saw Dr Alex after I got food poisoning yet months later was still EXTREMELY sick. I was “chained” to the toilet…sick ALL day EVERY day. He ran tests that were negative.The last time I saw him, he said he did every test that exists ( LIE) & nothing showed up so basically there was nothing wrong. I said “ so wait, that’s it?” That was bad enough.
