Organized, considerate and very concerned about the individual. This was my 3rd colonoscopy and Dr Heiner and his staff have been awesome every time.

A very pleasant experience at Granite Peaks Endoscopy Center. The inital appointment call, pre-procedure follow ups, emails, front desk, nurses and assistants were fabulous. The escort out to my waiting husband in the parking lot made the visit a pleasure. Each member of the staff did an excellent job in explaining each journey of the procedure and it was "slick as a whistle". Dr. Desautels was very clear on the procedure itself. The team at Granite Peaks Gastroenterology are great. From the pre-procedure nurse(whose name I can’t remember) to Janelle and Dr Desautels plus my recovery nurse were all great. They respected my privacy. They answered any questions I had. They made my screening as easy as it could be. I appreciated their knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Heiner for years due to severe acid reflux issues. He is incredibly kind, humble, helpful and knowledgeable! You can tell he really cares about his patients. His staff and PA are just as awesome!! I would highly recommend him and his clinic!!

Just had my colonoscopy at Granite Peaks Gastroenterology The staff was amazing. I would totally recommend Dr. Steven Desautels. He took the time to explained the procedure & answered all of my questions. Afterwards, followed up with both my husband & myself with results. His staff followed up the following day to make sure I was doing Okay.

Just a standard screening for me. Very pleasant staff and overall experience. I was quite anxious before the procedure but I was put at ease right away and leading up to the procedure. The procedure itself was easy and I had zero post procedure issues. If I am being honest, it was the easiest procedure I have been involved with. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
