I felt he really listen to what my issues were and moving forward help solve them.
Dr Desautels always spends enough time with me to listen to my concerns and to address all my questions.
I have another appointment with Dr.Christopher Cutler at Granite Peaks for a procedure for my Dysplasia in my throat,which is where he does my endoscopy with balloon procedure. Dr Cutler is a great example of how to get your hands on procedures. He’s been there for years now for me. And when he comes in and says something about it, I know he’s got it right. Dr. Desautels spoke to me about 2 minutes before performing a EGD and not once after giving me a diagnosis I already knew and absolutely no follow up regarding my condition. I have no idea why he is apparently giving better care to everyone else here who has rated him well. He didn?t even study records from a previous visit to the ER and then wanted me to schedule a follow up appointment to give me the information he should have in the first place. Spends time listening and really cares about his patients.
I felt listened to and not rushed. Such a great doctor. Highly recommend.
Great communication, always very concerned for you well being. He has been treating me for 15 years. I wouldn’t think of changing Gastroenterologists.
