Dr Desautels and all his staff are always pleasant, skillful, and responsive. They listen!
After having trouble with other GI offices, I chose Dr Desautel. I’m a retired RN, so I know what I am talking about. Dr Desautel has a kind and professional bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The staff is also amazing. I was in and out of a scope in 90 minutes. Never had that before. Great communication, service, and follow up. I highly recommend him and Granite Peaks GI!

Staff was organized and ready. Short wait from scheduled time. My interaction with the doctor was brief but adequate. He didn’t seem hurried or rushed. All went well. Better experience than I expected

They have a smooth running assembly line at Granite Peaks. Even though it is an assembly set up, I was assigned two nurses to guide me through my journey. They did a great job answering my questions.
Incredibly friendly, kind, understanding, and professional staff and doctor.
Friendly and good eye contact. Important with masks. Explained test results and asked my opinion on treatment options.
