Love the peace and quiet and cleanliness. Friendly neighbors , dog walking on the trail, clubhouse get togethers, the pool, fitness rooms, convenience to shopping and beaches.
We bought our home when Gulfstream was the developer. We were one of the first homes built 8 years ago. We only had a pocket pool at that time. We have loved this community since day one. The neighbors are very congenial and closed knit. This is a huge difference from where I currently live. You are lucky if you can get a wave out of your neighbors. Love living here Quiet & beautiful.. great shopping from mini-malls with BJ'S, Lowes, Pet Smart & of course De tax free shopping at The outlets.. next to the beaches too!!♡♡
