Have loved here since June 2016 and fall in love more every visit!!!! This has become home away from home! The people, the community, the awesome construction of the house and all the amenities are the best. Now that we've gotten to compare other communities around us, we know we have the best! Pools, lakes, shuttle to beach and lots of game areas Love it
Like a lot of community's there the HOA FEES put the homes out of reach for many retired folks!��� Some are over 300 a month. WHAT THE HELL. ITS just another way for the builder to line his pockets FOR EVER!
