We've been his patient for nearly 5 years now and he's been amazing. He's communicative and doesn't talk down to us. He doesn't jump to prescribed medicines when they're not necessary (unlike many doctors I've had the misfortune of seeing) and goes out of his way to work with us. It took nearly a decade of horrible experiences with other doctors to find him. Now I hope to keep him as our family doctor for the rest of his career, even if it means following him to a different group.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Chan 2+ years and I appreciate that he gives his patients multiple options and talks through all the detoails before prescribing anything. He’s very direct and no nonsense, which I have no problem with.
