I do not recommend and will not go back again. My Son's Pediatrician retired, we took an appointment with Dr. Castelli having never met him or heard about him. It was a first available appointment basis with Graves Gibert. My Son, who was 17, needed to update his vaccinations for school. I was informed by the nurse that my son would get more than one. I've been attempting to schedule appointments with Dr. Castelli's office since May, and unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my four appointment requests. As a parent, I believe my daughter deserves the best possible care, and this lack of responsiveness is disappointing and concerning. It's essential for healthcare providers to be attentive to their patients' needs and concerns, and timely communication is expected. Dr. Castelli has been significant to my children. My oldest is 14, the middle is ten, and the baby is nine months. We never had issues with Dr. Castelli. All my kids have been with Dr. Castelli since birth!

He is on call frequently for GGC and he has a rude bedside manner. If a parent is calling an on call doctor it’s because they are concerned about their child, not just because they want to call. I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I called about my son who has had many health issues and was born premature. I had concerns he was becoming dehydrated from being sick and his only advice was “if he is eating and drinking there’s no way he is dehydrated”. I normally use Dr. Stewart who I love but every time I call after hours to speak with the on call about a concern and it is Dr. Castelli he is extremely rude and just tries to rush me off the phone. Very poor bedside manner. He also “‘mams” me to death. Like I’m just trying to ask questions you don’t need to mam me.
