I have been seeing Doctor Carpenter for many years now and have always been more than satisfied with his care. He always exhibits a great concern for the patients well being. Takes time to answer all questions, and if he doesn't know the answer at the time you will get a timely phone call from either him or his staff. Very friendly and out going person.

Tried to schedule an appointment over the phone through a central appt. line. Was first told that Dr. Carpenter was accepting new patients and that I could schedule an appointment over the phone or online. However, the rep. had no idea what kind of insurance would be accepted. I called his office directly and was going to be given an appointment until I asked about insurance. Online showed medicare accept., but office said no and refused to check; stated that online appt. is not dependable?
