I had my first visit with Dr Carpenter. I hadn't been to the doctor in awhile and I had different issues to discuss. He was courteous, and he listened to everything that I had to say. He didn't rush me, and he actually listened to my concerns. He will get back with me once tests are done to discuss the next steps. I felt very comfortable with him. I am very pleased that I have him for my physician. I highly recommend him

I only gave one star, because I can't give negative stars. I have been a client of this pathetic clinic for several years, and while Dr. Carpenter is a decent person, his staff treats clients so rudely, that it makes them the worst clinic in the area. To say that they are "country" would be an upgrade. The facility is dirty, and the desk staff are "always" amazingly rude. Just today, I called to make an appointment with my primary (Dr. Carpenter) and was told that they couldn't see me, because I was in a car wreck. They said... read more
