Has helped me incredibly these past 10+ years
I have left the Castle Pines area. I have had family doctors for over 50 years. Looking back, I can assure you that De Carpenter was the best one ever for me. He was thorough, timely insightful, knowledgeable and he knew when to send me to a specialist! Excellent!
Dr Carpenter is very good at diagnosing. He has saved my life on two occasions. Thank God for his expertise!
I made an appointment on-line for August 31 at 1:30. I received a confirmation call. I arrived early for paperwork, but the receptionist said my appointment was cancelled. She state that they called and cancelled and left a voice mail. Neither of those things happened. She said he wasn't taking new patients even though the web site stated that he was. I was angry that I had traveled 20 miles for this appointment and wasted at least half of a day preparing and getting to this appointment. Who treats people like this? I am sur... read more
clean office, friendly staffs including PA(or RN)
Took my wife there because she is diabled and can't drive. He came in and was very rushed rude. He did not listen to anything i tried tp tell him. He just rushed out of the Room.Because my wife Has dementia. This guy Shouldn't even be practicing medicine.
Dr. Carpenter has been my primary physician for over 10 years. He gives you time and listens. He reviews your medical history and notes any changes or updates.
I scheduled a new patient visit as I was needing to replace KP. The visit was very short and rushed. I never got to cover several issues that required follow-up. These were never addressed & I'm back looking for a new primary. They said it was due to one of the docs leaving the practice & they were very busy. Still, not a great first impression.
I have been seeing Dr. Carpenter for nearly fifteen years, great Guy at a wonderful facility
