Dr. Schmidt performed a reverse shoulder replacement on me 8 weeks ago. I have "Zero" pain and my range of motion is only 6 degrees less than my other shoulder. I've only gone to 3 rehab sessions because for the 1st 6 weeks the bone around the hardware had to heal. So happy I saw him.
I saw Dr. Schmidt because I extreme pain in my shoulders related to hypermobilty/EDS. He dragged me around a table by my forearms, pushed and pulled at me, hurt me more, then looked me straight in the face and said, "I don't even think you're hypermobile." Then he walked out of the room without another word. Literally without another word. I got an MRI a few days later. My shoulders were torn in 3 places when he saw me. Dr Schmidt has repaired 2 shoulder rotator cuff. He is The Best, as well as his staff. Very kind and shows your Tests to you. Explains everything that will be expected .I recommend him to everyone I meet Thank You
I had a floating clavicle up to my throat and Dr. Schmidt removed the remaining clavicle bone and reconstructed my shoulder with ligament. Dr. Schmidt is an exceptional surgeon hands down I highly recommend him for orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Schmidt performed reverse shoulder surgery on me in December of 2023. Best I have felt in over 20 years, tremendous and thorough doctor and a great man. Many thanks to he and his staff.
