Had total knee replacement. Very pleased with the results. No longer in pain. Surgery was done at Pioneers Memorial Hospital. Was provided Joint Replacement educational class by the hospital. Hospital stay was pleasant. Now attending therapy and almost back to normal. Would recommend to my friends and family. Dr. Lai explained everything to my satisfaction. He and his staff are always pleasant and professional. Very greatfull to Dr Lai, his staff and PMH.
Great service...I had a severe shoulder injury. Dr. Lai repaired a torn labium and rotator cuff. With Good Therapy and hard work I feel great just after 3 months. I can swim ok and did a little kayaking in Cancun. However I still have to be careful because It is a 6 month process. But I had a great experience with Dr Lai. There was no need to drive to San Diego. I was not having a lung replaced.
My shoulder is killing me. I've reinjuered it several times over the last 20 years. 1 time was at work 10 years ago (couple times in sports since then). Made the mistake of telling the robot-like receptionist that when I tried to get treatment. She said they couldn't help me. Didn't care I am in pain. Obviously they are just in medicine for the money. I'll get better treatment in San Diego anyway.
