Dr. Lai has been my orthopedic surgeon for 20 years. Starting with knee arthroscopies to total knee replacement. 3 years ago I had a shoulder with labrum, tricep tendon, bone spurs repairs.If you follow his directions for rehab the outcome will be positive. Thanks to God and my Dr. Lai. I began doing everything Dr. Lai recommended I do and the nurses gave me my therapy sessions which I continue to do to this day. I have 19 years with my hip prosthesis and I am very happy with it. I can do everything I need to do in my home and I can also go to dances which I enjoy very much. I even go to Zumba classes and I like those too. I do everything very carefully. I am so happy to still be able to walk. I was referred to this arrogant Dr by my primary dr. Big mistake. As i was explaining my concern and went on detail about my injury, he was completely ignoring what i had to say and instead of addressing my diagnosis he said go home and stretch. I asked how would i do my stretches he said look it up on YouTube. He has no experience whatsoever, if he did, he would've at least explained or try to help instead of referring me to YouTube. He was compassionate, and treated me like family!!! Walked me thru my left knee problem and performed arthroscopic surgery on my left knee, totally did an excellent job on my knee on surgery day!! Totally took care of me!! I recommend people to go with Dr. Christopher Lai you won't be disappointed!! I can't say enough or express my gratitude for the excellent service!!
