Dr. Buttner first presented himself as caring but through the surgery of a molar extraction I felt extreme pain. He did give more anethesia, but still the pain made me flinch. He gave one more shot directly into the nerve if felt, and that was just as painful. He did not give me any "laughing gas" to help ease my anxiety so I was anticipating the pain which made me very uncomfortable and stressed. Dr. Buttner had to perform several difficult procedures on me (to me they seemed difficult). I have a life-long dread of going to the dentist, but not once did I feel uncomfortable or nervous. He is very kind, knowledgeable, listens to the patient and was always available to answer my questions during the evenings/weekends after surgery. I give him the highest recommendation - especially for those intimidated by dentists!
Dr. Buttner is amazing. He is very confident in his work, but does not make any promises he does not intend to keep. He is very personable which makes you feel at ease in a potentialy stressfull setting. I was his patient for 4 oral proceedures and I would recommend him with the highest regard.

I called to find out how much my Insurance covered and how much out of pocket it would cost me. The Dentist office told me my plan (Delta Dental) cover 100%. After my son had his wisdom teeth pulled there is a bill for $631 more than the plan covered. Delta says they cover 100% of cutomary charges ($631 for 4 extractions). The dentist office told me that my dental plan covered %100 and then charged $1341. I should of got a name when I called. When I called back the office denied anyone would ever tell me that.
