He is rough with the needle. He made me cry and writhe in the chair, which had velcro wrist restraints on the arms of the chair. Pretty scary. Not a good place for people with fear of dentists or painful needles.
He used an outdated extremely painful method of treating a dry socket that made my pain worse and set my recovery back weeks.
Highly recommend. Dr. Buttner has done several successful implants for me and removed my daughter's wisdom teeth. He and his staff are very professiona, competentl and responsive.
Dr. Buttner is very professional, and came highly recommended from several oral surgeons and endodontist-friends, that will give me the truth about how good a surgeon is.....or is not. Dr. Buttner has very professional staff, and take the time to discuss options, even though they are less expensive. I've had extractions and an implant, and both worked out very well. Tooth extraction. Excellent manner, courtesy, concerned for my comfort level. Procedure was totally painless. Good explanations of procedure and postoperative care.
This doc is great. years ago he took out my wisdom teeth (in my 40s) he was so trustworthy that when my child needed both baby and permanent tooth extraction, I took her to him. now that she is an adult she too has her wisdom teeth extracted by him. Several years ago he did an implant on a front tooth and just recently pulled another broken front making sure to keep the bone intact for my next implant. I had my wisdom teeth removed and Dr.Buttner made it as easy as possible and very comfortable. It has been one day since have had them done and I feel great and not in much pain at all. Thank you again Dr.Buttner
He did a great job taking out my bottom 2 wisdom teeth. It was relatively painless and I didn't have any dry sockets or anything. He has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable and also answers all your questions. :)
Dr. Buttner is an excellent surgeon, his staff was very compasionate.
