The office is very cleaned and nice. The staffs are professional and with empathy. Dr. Burris was very caring and he explained my procedure to me into deal tail that I had no question to ask. He gave me a call after my surgery the same day to check and told me to go in for follow-up check up the next day to his office. The staff did follow-up with a phone appointment to confirm the doctor's phone call he made to me. The staffs are nice, and talk to you as a person. Very clean office and respectful staff. It makes visiting pleasurable. Highly recommend.
I went to another ophthalmologist for an issue with my right eye. The other guy was recommended to my by my primary care physician, was the lead at a local hospital, and came highly regarded. All he did was take four months worth of copays shuffling the quantities of a bevy of different eye drops and tests all the while ringing up the copays. Frustrated, I went to Dr. Burris.
