Sadly, after losing my breast to cancer I had my reconstruction at UCLA with Dr. Crisera one year ago this month. He left me deformed, lopsided and no where close to what we had discussed or like a normal woman. I know now why they do not show you before and after photos because they do not want you to see the hack job they will do to you. I had almost no post operative care because their office did not schedule it or inform me when to see the doctor. Dr Crisera is the very best at breast reconstruction surgery. I had my surgery in 2015 and have been very happy with my decision. He gave me back my self esteem and I could look at myself as a post cancer patient. He truly cares about his patients which is rare these days. Every cancer survivor deserves to move forward.
