Dr Woerlein, then ansesthogoeist and nurseing staff were great. The checkingn in was terrible. I was to come in at 6:30 am, I had done the preregistration online and it said to go to the same day surgery to speed up checking. We arrived at the desk no one was there and it said to go to the nurse desk if on one was there. A guy came out of a side office and tried to help me but couldn't, he ask if I had checked through ER told him no, he said I did need to check in at the ER. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the endoscopy nap was great.
For the last 19 years I have been going to Intermountain for my medical appointments! Always happy. Dr Woerlein is so confronting and so straight forward! Explains every!
