He showed us apartments and when we signed the lease, appliances were switched out with inferior appliances. The unit was also rodent-infested. See photos of the oven that they “went out of their way” to replace. See: legally had to replace. Confident that the other reviews are paid ads. Go literally anywhere else.

Easy to work with, quick communication - overall good experience finding a place to rent
It has been (and continues to be) a pleasure to work with Christoph as my broker. He is knowledgeable, proactive when it comes to communication, and professional. Anyone looking in this area that does not contact him is doing themselves a disservice.
