When I went to Christine's, the salon was empty. The tech filed my nails crookedly such that they are much longer on the pinky nail side on both hands. He then went on to not paint to the bottom of my nails (which aren't long to begin with). When I pointed this out to him, he touched up my right hand, but didn't blend the polish, so that it was all lumpy and thickly built up on the ends of my nails. He did not fix my left hand. First off all we are a new salon in Hopkinton but we have another location in milford who has won numerous awards for best nail salon regionally and locally. Everyone is fully licensed, trained, and interviewed. we also have security footage of your rampage. I used to have to drive to milford for groceries and to get my nails done but since they've opened, I've been twice. The first time I went with my daughters and we all got pedicures. The owner is so sweet and out toes came out great. I got a manicure this morning and just as good. Thank you for coming to hopkinton
Please whatever you do, do NOT come to this place. My sister and I went in for a fill last week and the nail tech that I had did a horrible job, my nail cracked off literally 5 days later and almost all of them were lifted. The girl who did my sisters nails sliced her finger extremely deep and did not even offer her a discount or consideration for hashing her finger open, just brushed it off as no big deal.
