I wish I had read this before I bought new glasses with a prescription from Dr. Cook. I had the same experience as the other reviewer. The doctor did not do the exam, an assistant did and then Dr. Cook comes in at the end to look at my eyes and give me a prescription. She did not take into account that my dry eyes could alter the prescription that I needed. Which is fine if they didn't give me the wrong contact prescription. I was not satisfied and returned. Given I have used Dr. Cook since about 2003, and I would have said for years great office and etc. However 2 years ago, that change, I have great vision insurance and I really feel let down from her and staff. Which I am sure she over sees. One, she needed to so an extra test and well it would be nice to tell a person that jumps your co-pay by $70.00 and when I wanted to order a second set of then Rx sunglasses was told my vision insurance wouldn't cover them.
