They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I had my cataract surgery in 2003, and check-ups since then. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. When comparing them to others, they are among the best I have seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
