Had Mohs procedure on my nose. Office was extremely efficient and friendly. I received excellent care throughout the process. I have complete confidence in the outcome of this procedure.
I recently had a Mohs procedure near my eye. Dr. Rausch and staff made me feel comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. Dr. Rausch and staff thoroughly went over details of the procedure and put me at ease with the manner of delivery of information. The procedure was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Rausch for Mohs procedure. She is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced doctor who cultivates a caring and professional staff.
Delicate surgery; lasted three hours, which included the necessary time for laboratory examinations of tissue. It was very comfortable, careful. I was amazed that after I left I did not experience any pain or discomfort. Doctor and Staff explained in detail the required care of the wound and the preventions of any infections.
No one likes going to the doctor, especially me. I was very apprehensive about my procedure. But once I got in the office I could see that this was a top notch medical facility. Everyone was extremely professional yet very friendly and compassionate. Doctor Rausch's surgical skills were nothing less than amazing to me.
Continue to be impressed with this practice. The team of nurses and doctor worked together seamlessly, which made for an efficient and professional experience. Dr. Rausch and her staff kept me well informed and relieved any concerns I may have had.
