Love this Doctor. Very kind and told me everything she was doing .,The staff is friendly and helpful.
From front desk staff To medical assistants to Dr Rausch my care was excellent and as painless as possible. I had quite a large spot on my scalp removed and was very satisfied with the results.

This was my 4th visit for MOS surgery. Dr Rausch is fantastic, her staff competent and professional in their manner and treatment of their patients.
The incoming review staff introduction put me at ease, the first round personnel took real good care of me and kept me at ease, the waiting period between sessions was in a comfortable area, and the last session was also great. Everyone on staff really works to insure you know that you are in good hands. Great instructions and information at all levels of care.
Nurses and residents do 90% of everything! I get it, but she flies in and out of the room to look quickly and moves onto another. Felt like a cow being rushed through. Wish she had actually performed the stitching on both my MOHs surgeries but residents did both. Nurse nicked a blood vessel on my temple and blood dripped down my neck and all in my hair. Could've been MUCH better
Had Mohs procedure on my nose. Office was extremely efficient and friendly. I received excellent care throughout the process. I have complete confidence in the outcome of this procedure.
