Everyone is so friendly and extremely competent! Dr Rausch is wonderful!
The Assisting nurse was very informative and friendly. Dr. Rausch was not friendly at all. Maybe she is competent but acted like a snob
Dr. Rausch has performed two Mohs surgeries on me. She and her staff have been extremely caring and professional. Her bedside manners have been professional and additionally very caring. I am so glad my wife of 10 months encouraged me to see Dr. Rausch. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her staff.
Almost makes going to a skin cancer specialist fun!
I'm not sure which visit this concerns, but I give each a five-star rating. In April 2021, Dr Rausch performed Mohs surgery on the right side of my face. Melanoma results were negative, and the surgery was done expertly. In June, during a full-body examination, biopsies were taken in five locations. Now awaiting lab results. In the first visit, the medical staff adhered to rigid COVID-19 protocols, with patients waiting in their vehicles until appointment time. The entire staff could have not been nicer. Assistants were very attentive and calming. Dr. Raushe very professional and informative. Would highly recommend.

Dr Rausch is always pleasant and thorough. She is great at answering questions and explaining next steps.
I would not recommend her. Had Mohs surgery with another provider and the cosmetic results were superior to my encounter with Dr. Rausch. I now have a 3" inch scar on the side of my face. Was never given the option of closure by a plastic surgeon, which should be routine with a facial incision. The incision was much larger than what the other MD had done. Also, the staff failed to call the correct # for follow up.
