Dr. Christine Leehealey has gone above and beyond what I’d ever expect from a rheumatologist. She genuinely knows me and cares about my physical, emotional, and mental health. She’s never rushed, and she gives me practical guidance and advice. She is proactive in monitoring and protecting all aspects of my health. I’m so grateful for her excellent care.
First I would like to commend Dr Lee-Healey for always having a the best communication with me, Dr has been treating me for over 7 years. Because of Dr Lee-Healey and the treatment that she put me on for RA I find myself more energetic, less pain. Thank you Dr for always being kind and present for me! Dr has very poor bedside manner. Cold, rushed and disinterested in helping the patient. Awful communication system if you're trying to get a hold of the Dr via her front desk staff.
Dr. Leehealey seemed very rushed and distracted during my appointment. She told me I needed to get deep sleep in order for my body to recover and rest due to my RA. She then suggested I try anti depressants for sleep after I told her my previous rheumatologist tried it but it actually made it harder for me to sleep. She cut me off when I was explaining that to her and wrote me a prescription for Trazadone, but didn’t mention that it was another anti depressant.
