I was so excited to see this doctor. She is probably the most talented breast cancer reconstructive specialist in Austin. But she basically bragged about all the things she could do to help. Got my hopes up and then said she couldn't help me. I'm so disappointed. She said my back would have to be healthy for 6 months and suggested pt. Well my back hasn't been healthy in 10 years. I ended up in Dr Fisher's office due to a breast cancer diagnosis. I was still in shock and lost. She helped me make a plan and even got me into an Oncologist the very same day. She is compassionate and caring every time I see her. She repeats, I just want YOU to be happy and feel whole again. She has also managed to build a staff that makes you feel the same way. I feel blessed that she is my Dr!
Yesterday was a huge improvement. My sister is finally getting better. She has been fighting infections since she had surgery in April. The pump is doing an excellent job.... Praying for a Happy Ending
Where do I even start?! Dr Fisher is an insanely talented, kind-hearted, compassionate and beautiful soul! My wife had to come to her for a prophylactic mastectomy and the minute we met her, we immediately felt like family. Dr Fisher's motto is to treat her patients how she would her own family. Dr Fisher did my DIEP flap reconstruction. She was amazing. I had asked my oncologist who she recommended, and Dr. Fisher was one of the few in Austin that she recommended. Another person shopping doctors for DIEP flap reconstruction asked 2 oncologist nurses who they recommended based on what they had seen in their office and both nurses recommended Dr. Fisher.
