I am 68 and had knee pain and wanted to try and climb Mt Kilimanjaro. I came to Dr Ekstrand to explore temporary fixes with injections or stem cell therapy in the hopes of being able to make the climb. Dr Ekstrand did a thorough exam and noted I had a patella tracking issue and suggested orthotics and PT instead of the more aggressive treatment. I am a baseball player and i struggled with 2 injuries. One on the elbow and one growth plate fracture on my ankle and Dr. Ekstrand did an incredible job of taking care of me and checking up in my injuries. Would recommend this to place and doctor everyone who is going through injury. 🔥
