As usual, the trip to the Dentist, (Dr. Mason) was a fun event. What I admire most about this team, is that they always seems to work together to make sure that the customer (that would be us) feel at home while we are there. EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I FEEL AT HOME. IN A DENTIST'S OFFICE, YOU ASK? YES, I AM COMFORTABLE THERE. I REALLY LIKE MY HYGIENIST, NOREEN. SHE IS GENTLE AND DOESN'T GET ON MY CASE WHEN IT SHOWS I COULD IMPROVE MY DENTAL CARE HABITS. SHE DOES GO OVER GOOD DENTAL CARE HABITS ,TO REMIND ME. DR MASON IS GREAT, TOO. I FEEL SHE IS LOOKING OUT FOR MY HEALTH AND WELL BEING. TERA
Always a good experience. Caring and professional staff. Pleasant surprise doctor calls to check how I am doing a day after a big procedure. Feel confident reccomending them to friends and family.
Excellent service. Excellent staff. Dr. Mason did a detailed dental examination and took time to explain her diagnoses. This is a great place for dental work .
Dr. Mason and staff took excellent care of me. We were laughing most of the time. I had two crowns done and they look great! Didn't have to have temporaries because they make the permanent crowns there. I also had impressions made for invisalign. Overall I was there for over 5 hours. A bit too long! But, the nitrous helped me get through it! I look forward to having more work done! Thanks!
I also want to say that Jean, Sharon, Heidi and Jasmine do excellent work and are very nice too!
Another great experience at Dr. Mason's office. I'm so glad I found this group of caring and professional women.
