Dr. Mason and her staff are kind, caring, and patient. They ensured my comfort with every procedure and patiently explained things to me. This is the first time I have ever experienced pain-free dentistry and I am so thankful for Dr. Mason and her very competent staff. She has the very latest in equipment which greatly improves patient comfort during a procedure. I had avoided going to the dentist for several years because of my fears, but they have helped me overcome them in just two visits.
I choose to visit Dr. Mason based on many positive reviews. I have never been a fan of dental visits and was not looking forward to my appointment. After my first visit I can see why Dr. Mason has such a strong following and spectacular reviews. I was made to feel comfortable and valued as a client and will certainly recommend her practice to all in need of a great Dentist.
Personable, punctual, professional
I am high anxiety and a big fat baby (62 yrs. old), and Christina and her assistant catered to that. They both made me feel at ease, with a little help from the gas. i was so relieved and pleased with my visit, that I told my daughter, who needs to see a dentist, how good it all went. I do believe she is going to give the office a call to make an appointment soon. Great experience. Happy, very professional and upbeat staff. Communication among team members is tops. Priority for this practice seems to be excellence in every detail including patient comfort and pain free visits Dr. mason cares enough to make a personal check up call next day!
