Dr. Fantino is great. She has a great bedside manner and she really wants to make sure that you are comfortable when you receive treatment from her. I got a cavity filled a few months ago and could hardly feel anything. My daughter needed to get two cavities filled a few months ago and we live in Fremont. There were no appointment within the month that would fit our schedules so Dr. Fantino did the filling right there on the spot. Now that's customer service!
I had not been to a dentist in 2 years (I moved) - Dr. Fantino did an exam followed by 2 composite fillings. All went very well and the experience was excellent. The dental hygienists/assistants that did much of the cleaning and x-ray work were informative and told me exactly what they were doing. In the ratings I have some 3's - probably I'm just a tough reviewer and also these were more N/A type questions that I had no basis to answer; the entire experience was excellent and the results are excellent.
I totally trust her for skill, honesty, gentleness, and caring concern. She is a holistic dentist, and at my request, took out all the silver in my mouth, and I got a crown from her. I appreciate that she informed me that a rough spot in my tooth was not a cavity but a natural occlusion. The office is the most beautiful I have ever seen, every chair has panoramic views of the creek trail.. She has a nice balance of brilliance, artistry, and sweetness.
