I have followed Dr. Clarke from her previous location in Greenbelt to Columbia. Her recommendations are grounded in medical knowledge and she has a wonderful caring nature.
Several of my family members and I see Dr. Clarke. She always greats us warmly and takes the time to hear about how everyone is doing. I appreciate the time she takes and her skill.
Love the front office and phone staff. They have always been incredible. In my opinion I found Dr Clark to be dismissive and she appeared to have no interest in listening to me. Hope it was an off day. I spent more time with her medical assistant and chose to leave, requested my copay to be refunded and the name of the office that the doctor I wanted to see in the first place had moved to. Dr. Clarke was kind, thorough and had a great sense of humor that put both of my kids at ease. Lucky to have a physician like her!
Dr. Clarke has helped both my teenagers with their acne. They are now clear and on a stable treatment plan. I am glad we do not have to continue to see her but happy that we found her!
I found the entire office to be wonderful. Dr. Clarke was thorough and put me at ease. I will be returning to her yearly.
Dr Clarke was a disappointment. I visited Dr. Clarke for a routine check-up , expecting a thorough examination and discussion about my skin concerns. Dr Clark seemed rushed, barely listened to my concerns. I felt ignored and unimportant. Due to my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Clarke to others attentive and patient- focused care. I hope Dr Clarke can improve her listening skills and spend more time with each patient.
I have been seeing Dr. Clarke for over 3 years. She is a competent, caring physician. I will continue to recommend her to friends and family
After being told I needed to be seen every 6 months, I had my 6 month appt cancelled by the doctor. The next earliest appointment was three months later. When I called to check the date/time of that scheduled appointment, I was told THAT appointment was also cancelled because she was no longer seeing patients at that location. I was never notified about the second cancellation or re-scheduled. I do not feel like a valued patient but rather a disposable annoyance.
