Not terrible but not my favorite. Listens but doesn't always hear. I wanted to get some more meds for adult acne without making a separate appointment at the dermatologist and told her what I had gotten previously that worked for me. I told her I had extremely sensitive skin. The stuff she prescribed made my face swollen, bright red and hurt so bad I could barely sleep, even the slightest touch made me flinch.
