Dr Hafron is always wonderful. She’s compassionate and personable and makes me feel comfortable. She never rushes. She listens carefully to my concerns and helps me to understand any diagnosis. I was called in (with minimal )wait, by the medical Assistant who was personable and efficient. The phone service/communication at the Agawam location is horrible. Messages do not get answered/returned. Oftentimes referrals and requests for Rx renewals go ignored. The line of communication to the primary care Dr is absolutely horrendo... read more
