Clean store, professional, well-dressed and knowledgable staff. Stark contrast to their primary competitor in Tucson. I shopped both retailers thoroughly, and in the end it was no contest. I got better information, follow-up, pricing, and courtesy from Christie's. So that's where I decided to spend several thousand dollars. Purchased a washing machine from them 10 years ago. It burned out on Tuesday, so called to find out about a repair. Technician showed up on Wednesday at the appointed time. Told me the problem and estimated cost to repair. He recommended a new machine (I agreed with the assessment). He had the sales people call me later that day. Aaron just came out and fixed my washing machine and did a great job and was very friendly! I've been using Christie's for years now to fix my appliances and also at all my rental properties. One time they even brought out a loaner fridge. It's so nice to find a place that is honest! Before I started using them it was a nightmare! Thank you!

So now I needed a new microwave....where to go?? No problem there - straight to Christie's Appliance! Thank you, Kara Betts, for your help! Marc, the salesperson, was awesome! He knew I didn't want any bells or whistles, just a microwave that could put up with all my Pampered Chef cooking.
