RecommendedSo my new GE Oven decided to lock itself. All the burners worked but the oven was unresponsive with a little lock symbol next to the clock. The manual wasn’t addressing it so I called Christie’s. Their service operator solved the problem in less than 3 minutes. Who says Apple has all the geniuses?!! Thank you Christie’s for saving the day.!
I had great customer service with Will at Christie’s La Cholla location. He was professional, knowledgeable and helped save some crumble on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher.
We bought a brand new slide in Fridgidaire range in January and it was installed on February. The oven did not engage correctlythe repair staff told us nothing was wrong the first time they came out. The second time the tech called Fridgidaire supprt and found that the issue was common enough that Fridgidaire knew the problem and what part he needed to replace. the oven worked better but was not fixed. The delivery was on time.
This review is for my fellow truck drivers. The dock is just north of Fort Lowell on Flanwill Blvd. Park to the left to allow traffic to pass, but do not block the stop sign. I have received verbal warnings from "City of Tucson" workers for doing so anywhere in city limits. No overnight parking. Do not arrive before 7am. With that being said, as of 9-11-20, receivers and local drivers are friendly and quick to get you unloaded. Unloading area is easy to back into (sight-side), but watch for impatient traffic passing you.
My 89 year old mother bought a new microwave/oven combo a year ago. after 13 months the ,"magnatron" went out so it was unworkable. It took a MONTH for someone to come out and fix it. She had to call Whirlpool to get authorization to pay for the parts and service. My Mom was totally flustered with the whole ordeal. If Christie's had decent customer service they would have taken care of this for her. I had been a loyal customer of Christie's for a long-time but not anymore. I purchased a Samsung Washer/Dryer with 5 year extended warranty from Christie's less than 3 years ago. Now Christie's decided they're not going to honor the warranty and passed me off to a third-party service company. I might as well have just gone to a big box store and spent my money there.
