RecommendedWe went to the Ft. Lowell location. They were great. Spent a lot of time helping us figure out which appliances to buy, even researching some further details on line for us. Delivery and installation was on-time, outstanding, pleasant, and informative. Later when we had trouble getting the rebate from GE, they helped us resubmit and even followed up with us until we received the rebate. Great place, great people! Will Morinelli—thank you!
we were in need of a refrigerator after we woke up to a broken one and our food was getting warmer. I shopped all day for an affordable option that I could pick up or have delivered asap. Christie's had the largest selection available immediately. I was able to find exactly what I needed and pick it up at the warehouse immediately. The guys loaded it in my truck and helped me tie it down and we got it set up right away. I was glad to be able to shop local and get a good deal. Thank you!
Leo was a very nice & genuine salesperson. He helped us purchase 5 appliances today. We had a pleasant experience and will recommend this store to friends in the future.
Out first experience was great. The second not so much. My sister and I bought an induction stovetop. We asked twice if the can change it from gas to electric. When they came to install it. The guy said he couldn’t do it. We would need to get an electrician. When we talked to the guy that sold it to us he assumed that he talked to my sisters husband. She’s not married. We were there together. I told him twice that we are going from gas to electric.
Their customer service is terrible. Instead of attempting to fix a problem, they blame the customer.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service we are receiving from Christie's repair department. It has been 6 weeks trying to get the Electrolux microwave repaired or replaced. Still no resolution. Follow-up and communication have been dismal. We have been very patient but my tolerance has reached its limit.
We've been buying our appliances at Christies for over 30 years. John Gray was knowledgeable and never high pressured us. Great prices, too!
Just bought a new GE Washer and Dryer @ the Ft Lowell location, The Sales staff, and Installation crew were very professional. Minimal charge for delivery, installation, and removal of old appliances. We will be going back there for all our future appliance purchases. 5 stars.
