I can’t say enough about how wonderful Christie’s was about not only replacing the appliances that I ordered (that didn’t fit) with new ones. Hand-delivering a refund check to me with my replacement appliances brings your customer service level second to none!! Thank you to Brett Tinkle and your co-worker (I wish I knew his name) who didn’t blink an eye to help me on Saturday when you were not in the store!!

Not happy with the service. Have a problem and get the run around with these people saying they called us back, never got a call back. We call them 2 more times to find out what is going on and get a bad attitude. This is a huge issue.

I have been a great fan of Christie Appliance and would always buy buy appliances there. In the past few days that trust was shattered. Had problems with my ice maker (which the frig is older and in the house when I bought it) Bottem line- when the repair mine left I not only did not have an ice maker but not longer had an ice maker but did not have any water to my refrigerator and my reverse osmosis to my sink.
